What we build
We're a licensed general contractor, not a brokerage. The people who quote your job are the people who run it — we self-perform the framing, carpentry, tile and finish work instead of handing your house to a rotating cast of subs.
Layout changes, cabinetry, quartz and stone counters, backsplash, lighting and appliance rough-ins — sequenced so your kitchen is down for weeks, not months.
Full gut to finish — waterproofing, large-format and mosaic tile, frameless glass, freestanding tubs, custom niches and vanities. The work we're photographed doing most.
Adding square footage or finishing what you have — framing, egress, structural changes, full baths, wet bars, in-law suites and bonus rooms, permitted and inspected.
Rough framing through finish trim — walls moved, headers set, then hardwood, LVP, tile, crown, wainscoting, built-ins and stair treads. The work that makes a remodel look intentional instead of patched.
Deck builds and rebuilds, railings, siding repair, exterior paint and rot remediation — the work that protects everything you've already put into the house.
Damage assessment through full rebuild, including insurance-scope work. We've held federal restoration contracts — we know how to document a claim and rebuild to code.

How a job runs
Most remodeling complaints come down to one thing: the homeowner stopped knowing what was happening. Here's the order we work in, every time.
We come to the house, measure, talk through what you actually want, and send a written estimate. Free, and there's no pressure attached to it.
Tile, fixtures, counters and finishes get chosen and priced before demo starts. The scope gets written down so nobody is guessing later.
Demo, rough-in, inspection, tile, finish. Same crew the whole way. You get a start date, a working schedule, and a point of contact who answers.
We walk the finished space with you and write down anything that isn't right. Then we fix it. The job isn't done when we're tired of it — it's done when the list is clear.

Straight answers
Anything from a single room to a whole-house renovation or an addition — kitchens, baths, basements, framing and structural changes, flooring, decks, siding, and storm or water damage rebuilds. If a job needs a trade we don't self-perform, like major electrical or HVAC, we bring in licensed subs we've used for years and we stay responsible for the schedule.
Both depend on scope, whether plumbing or walls move, and what you pick for finishes — but you get a real number in writing after the walkthrough, not a range designed to get us in the door. A single bath runs weeks; a kitchen or basement runs longer; an addition longer still. Delays almost always come from two places: materials ordered late and changes made mid-build, which is why we front-load selections.
Yes — on anything that requires one. We're licensed in Georgia (#29319) and we handle permitting and inspections as part of the job, including structural work and additions. If a contractor tells you a structural or plumbing change doesn't need a permit, that should worry you.
We do. Most of our clients aren't designers and don't want to be. We'll walk you through layout, tile, fixture and finish options that work together and fit the budget, and point out where spending more actually shows and where it doesn't.
Yes. We've done federal restoration work and we're used to documenting scope for a claim. If you've had water, wind or fire damage, call us before the adjuster finalizes anything — it's easier to get scope right the first time.
